Mrs Stavroulaki is a business consultant with numerous years of experience in food hygiene and design, in depositing and coordinating co-financed actions for NGOs, in enterprises and institutions. She collaborated with EKPIZO during the years 1994-2000 and since 2010, she has been one of the permanent staff of the organization. She is currently the Deputy Director and is responsible for fundraising and planning for new operations of EKPIZO.
Mrs Kalapotharakou studied Politics and Law at the University of Athens. She represents EKPIZO and POMEK “The Intervention” at Ministries, Local Governments, Independent Authorities, Institutions relating to Markets and Non-governmental Organizations on matters pertaining to consumer protection. She has profound experience in teaching and writing about the issue of consumer legal protection and she also represents consumers in the Media. She has made over 400 annual presentations in the news.
