In canteens operating in specialised venues shall apply a fixed price ceiling to certain products. The venues where the fixed prices apply are:
- Airports
- Ports
- Intercity Bus Stations
- Hospitals
- Archaeological sites and Museums
- Passenger ships
- Trains
- Sport venues

Clarifications
- The above prices include VAT
- The price list should be conspicuously displayed
- The prices refer to the standing area and all canteens are obliged to display: “For standing customers we provide bottled water, sandwiches, toasts, coffee and tea all subject to controlled prices”. The prices may vary at the seating area, as customers are being provided with additional services
- The prices do not apply for the A’ Class passengers canteen
- The price of coffee remains unaltered with the addition of milk
